I got this mix for my mom to stuff in one of her Christmas gifts, and we decided that New Years morning was the perfect time to break into the goodness!
They were seriously so delicious! I loved the nice zing of lemon, and I loved that the dried blueberries plumped up, but didn’t get so juicy that they made the pancakes soggy…that’s the syrup‘s job!
Now… to re-create this in “from-scratch’ form!
